I've always felt drawn to reach out and help others and in doing so I have become the student, learning so much along the way. Learning many methods of "self help" from NLP, Hypnosis, Energy Medicine, Psych-K, Source Connection Therapy, Theta Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Learning to become your own healer and to Empower yourself at any moment is what I teach and assist you with. How to take control of your own life and conquer those issues that have been holding you back.

Literally reprogramming the body's response to stress. Creating more joy, a day-to-day life of better health and a clearer mental state. Other positive side effects are those nagging aches and pains suddenly disappear.

Emotional health is absolutely essential to your physical health and healing. Most people cope with painful events by avoiding them, till they can't any longer. The simple reality is that when it comes to intense emotional pain, out of sight is not out of mind.
